Hi Claire, (claire.perry.mp@parliament.uk)

Will you be doing as you’re told by the Bilderberg Group reps and or will you do the right thing?

Even as MPs agreed to hold a Commons vote on a referendum, government sources made clear that the Tories would be whipped to vote against a poll.

Mr Cameron’s decision to impose a three-line whip has angered many MPs, since the vote was called under rules the Coalition promised would give backbenchers more freedom.

The back-bench business committee yesterday voted to hold a debate on the issue on Oct 27 after more than 100,000 people signed a petition demanding a choice.

The Prime Minister, who has expressed his desire to take back some powers from Brussels, is publicly opposed to a referendum and will order his MPs to vote against it.

Although any vote would not be binding, the decision sets the scene for a Tory rebellion and a test of Mr Cameron’s authority over his party.

The motion, which is expected to be proposed next week by David Nuttall, a Conservative, offers three options.

It says: “This House calls upon the Government to introduce a Bill in the next session of Parliament to provide for the holding of a national referendum on whether the UK should: (a) remain a member of the EU on the current terms; (b) leave the EU; (c) renegotiate the terms of its membership in order to create a new relationship based on trade and co-operation.”

Mr Nuttall said: “A referendum along these lines would allow the public to make clear their views about our membership. It is 36 years since we last held a referendum and our relationship with what was then known as the Common Market has changed out of all recognition.”

Meanwhile, Boris Johnson, the Mayor of London, also set himself at odds with Mr Cameron and George Osborne over Europe as he warned that any move towards fiscal integration in the eurozone would be ‘”absolutely crazy”.

As Europe struggles with the ongoing economic crisis, the Prime Minister and Chancellor have argued for greater co-ordination of fiscal policy within the single currency area to boost stability.

Mr Osborne said that the “remorseless logic” of the single currency was that you end up with “something akin to a single budget policy”.

But Mr Johnson told a Westminster lunch: “I think it would be absolutely crazy to decide the solution to the eurozone crisis is to intensify fiscal union and try to create an economic government of Europe. I really can’t see for the life of me how that is going to work.”

When are people going to get it? Professional liars like Cameron, Obama, and their blueprint, Blair, say what you want to hear to get elected and then they do what their masters tell them when they are in office – as they knew they would when they lied to you in the first place. It happens the world over year after year.

Is the prime minister/president a genetic liar?

Is he prime minister or president?

Well the answer is yes then.
