It allegedly entitles anyone to purchase council property as of LAST years Balance Sheet Value.

PRIORITY is given to locals! And of course those who actually know about it!!!

One brethren has bought a piece of land for 1.00 GBP!

Ask you local council for a list of ALL council owned property and the last valuations as per the council balance sheet! They CANNOT up the value as we understand it!
