4) suggested study methodology

Firstly dont be too expectant of yourself - you cannot learn everything all at once!
Â
To begin any journey we must start with a first step - so do things step by step, dont have ten things on the go at once.Â
Â
Check the meanings of words you dont understand as you go (different law books have slightly different definitions) - dont worry you cant remember everything - just gain awareness of the words' existence.

And once you have covered a subject matter - eg offer/acceptance & conditional acceptances
Â
take a break.
Â
Try and take regular breaks after each 30-40 minutes. This allows you to process the information and sub contiously become creative with that very same information - so welcome ideas into your head and play with ideas/scenarios - you will be surprised how much you can learn by playing out scenarios in your head.

Master tacticians plot moves ahead as in chess - so get into good habits.
Â
Limit breaks to say 10/15 minutes. Then back to it.
