Hello all Jedi Masters and Apprentices!
I asked Simon Spaniard to forward this to his list – hope you don’t mind.
This is about “Rusty The Man” who at the moment is a ‘warehouse item’ courtesy Her Majesty’s Prison Service. He has been in jail for an alleged assault on a policeman at the Birkenhead thing (search “Birkenhead arrest Judge” on YouTube for more on that).
I first became aware of Rusty’s situation when I read a New Years Message from him published in the White Rabbit Skype Group. His address was included in the post, so I wrote him a letter and copied a few texts I thought could be relevant to his position.
This is part of his reply:

“I have received a few letter over the last two days from people I have never met. I must say that when you are in a place like this the sight of a letter with your name on it really does make you feel so much better, so I really appreciate the time and effort yourself and others put in to correspond with me – a complete stranger.
I have been having a few rounds with the officers and Governors in here and I am glad to say I have won so far.
I have made them order me a Black Law 9th edition of which they tried to deny me.
I have won the right to have a laptop in my pad – again having to state the law.
I have won the right to have my friends accepted as my legal team, hence being able to have as many legal visits as I want. Again I had to state them the law to make them perform their duty. lol
As a result of my actions inside here, they have not taken a liking to me and I have been messed about in ways I have no control over. But at least I am keeping myself busy and them of course. lol
Anyway, thank you for your time and effort and look forward to thanking you personally once I get released. Thanks for the stamps and envelopes. Peace be with you. Rusty the Man.”

I sent this to my own mailing list of freedom seekers, and answered Rusty’s letter, telling him I had spread the word a bit. (Last week I got a text from his girlfriend thanking me and saying he was very happy getting the letter.)
I also asked a bit about what he was accused of and how long he had been in jail.
As he mentioned the prison staff had not taken a liking to him, I mentioned my own philosophy of being friendly when dealing with our counterparts in the System.
Today when I got home I had another letter from him. This one much longer and including a quick run down of his background as a freeman.
I wanted to share this with as many of his brethren as possible, for a number of reasons.
Firstly, I admire his indomitable spirit. Many would have thrown in the towel in his place, and decided to go back and become an obedient sheep instead.
Secondly, I admire the almost reckless abandon with which he threw himself into the Freeman Game and his willingness to give it a go. I am not sure I agree with everything he has done, but I do respect his pioneer spirit and willingness to jump in the deep end. I do not even suggest you do this.
But he seems young and unattached and willing to take risks. His choice. His game. His victories as they come.
Thirdly. This is something that could happen to most of us, if we stand up for what we believe in and apply what we learn (or misapply as it may be). We should not fear this, but look to Rusty’s attitude to the whole thing – a great role model to take after should we too get to be given some time to contemplate life with free room and board.
In doing what we are doing, we are about to push over a great big house of cards which is built on lies and fear. The Guardians of the System will fight back with whatever they have got, and they may not always fight fair. If you cannot face the idea of getting locked up for a shorter or longer time, carefully consider the consequences of your actions or interactions.
Fourthly, as you can see, he very much appreciates getting letters of support, and these may even help him with his case. So I ask you to put pen to paper and write him. Even if just a postcard. If you write him, feel free to include envelopes and stamps for replies.
I have offered him an MP3 player with audios or a memory stick with audio files, but he is not allowed that. He can only use his laptop for making documents.
Here is most of the letter I just got:
“Thank you once again for being kind enough to find the time to write to me. I can’t express enough how much of a profound effect the receipt of a letter with your name on it, really has upon a prisoner (who is of course being held against his will).
I must let you know that I have a smile on my face since day one of my kidnap. I am always polite and cheerful – it’s the only way to to conduct oneself. You must show them you are strong and happy. A failure to do this would give them satisfaction. You just have to ‘make sense of the nonsense’ and smile. I have always adopted this policy in life.
I am going to give you a quick run down of how it started for me and my actions taken since I found out about the truth.
My friends explained the basic principles of law and put me onto the World Freeman Society website and gave me a printout of the Magna Carta and a few more document. This was October 2009.
I studied for about 3 months and submitted the first Affidavit to the Queen in December. I followed this with a second one to the Queen. I also claimed my auto mobile back from DVLA. This was Jan 2010.
I then got myself numerous speeding tickets and parking tickets. Over about 3 months these ended up amounting to approximately £7000.00 lol!
I went through Court process, of course being ignored. I then found they failed to follow their own Criminal Procedure Rules. i.e. Magistrates Court Act 90 – Section (III). STATE THE CASE which means prove you have jurisdiction without my consent! Aslo 2010 CPR Part 3 – case management paperwork. Signature & consideration from defendant or defendants solicitor. Of course they had not occurred once, which is fraud.
They also refused to accept my notarized Affidavit, which I had served the Prime Minister which stated I’d revoked consent to the legislation and I was a Man!! That was another failure to follow due process.
I tried to get a Judicial Review on these matters. They refused because I refused to pay. Magna Carta Sect. 40 “To none will we sell, delay or refuse, to right or justice.”
Anyway in May I decided to get myself a serious Criminal Charge to see what was going to happen – I chose to get myself some C.S. Gas and a Baton – the same tools the Policy Enforcement Officers all carry on a daily basis.
I had a claim of right I sent to the Home Office to cover this. It had been noted there. So again I was arguing with Admin Court for months to accept my Judicial Reviews.
All this I had done off my own back – I knew maybe 10 freemen at the time.
Ten months after this came Birkenhead.
Now eventually I made the Admin Court accept my J.R. All 7 of them for no payment – I walked in with Magna Carta and asked them to put the same to the legal determination if they refused. I also created an Affidavit to inform them I did not earn enough money as tha man and not to get me mixed up with the Corporation! This worked. A real result if you ask me – it had taken nigh on 12 months, but I won. Lol
Anyway, I turned up at the Judicial Review Decision hearing accompanied with some “Quashing Orders” I had made – there I was, banned from any form of appeal for two years and arrested.
That’s my story in brief. I was taken to Birkenhead – I always plead guilty to the facts in my affidavits – they took that as a Guilty Plea!
In every other occasion they took it as a Not Guilty Plea. I wasn’t bothered as I had used my mate a solicitor to try and get bail, he knew what I was doing. I got bail there, but was sent to Preston Crown Court where I had been found guilty with a Jury in my absence – where was my legal council?
I had tried to get this adjourned before trial, stating my Judicial Review had been deposited!
Anyway he gave me Judges Remand – he clearly stated it was because of my actions and involvement at Birkenhead – nothing to do with the charge!
I served an affidavit stating they must correct the record and I had pleaded guilty to the facts. When I went to Court (less than 2 minutes) the corrupt Judge said he had no affidavit and as I didn’t recognize the Court I could not change plea! He told me I was banned from an appeal and gave me 6 months + 6 weeks for breach of bail! No trial nothing! I was at the Court for less than 2 minutes
set up like a Kipper!!
The Judge at Preston gave me 10 months – it was 20 months, but he put some concurrent. I had not gone for a Miss Trial because I am going to put a Writ of Habeas Corpus in shortly. – I believe this will be the best way to go. We will all find out soon.
I have waited until the sentence for police assault was finished, which is 13 Jan 2012. After that I am being held for a fictional crime!
We just have to keep trying until we get it right. That is my belief. Up the rebellion!
Anyway, that’s my story. I hope you like it. I am not a slave and I never will be.
There was no problem with you using any of my letter. I enjoyed what you wrote. I must thank you from the bottom of my heart – I have had 8 letters this week. Seven from people I did not know. I’m buzzing. I must say the prison officers are making comments about the amount of mail I have received over the last two weeks – It’s nearly 20!
I have told them “I told you I had support out there for what I have done.”
Keep up the good work you are doing out there. There will eventually be more of us than them, I believe!

There you have it in almost it’s entirety. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I think he speaks not just to me, but to all of us Mad Hatters that believe we are sovereigns.
You have got to admire his attitude and fearless approach to Courts and Judges. I am sure him having messed around with those before, really pays off now – as he feels comfortable dealing with these issues now and has learned a lot about the law and the Justice System already.
In my experience, the better you are prepared for a possible negative event, the less likely it is to happen – and if it happens it will be less of a blow.
